Red carpet attire isn’t limited to the Oscars… Five OAR cats adorned in black tie dress await adoption into loving homes. Help us select our “Best Dressed” cat by voting for your favorite. Results will be announced at the A’cat’emy Awards and on OAR’s Facebook page Monday, Feb. 26. You can learn more about these and other OAR cats looking for homes by clicking on the “Adopt a Cat” tab on OAR’s home page.

Binzer – locked in an abandoned home with no food or water! Binzer beat the odds by bursting through a boarded-up window to find help for her trapped cat friends. She is making up for lost time, cuddling with OAR’s office staff, laying on keyboards, and generally involving herself in daily activities. She especially loves being petted, and rubbing noses with you. |

Chanel - Like the timeless and luxurious brand, our Chanel exudes elegance with her petite figure and good looks. She’s so much more than a pretty face though. At only 1-2 years old, she’s loving, friendly and playful, and would love to grace your home with her beauty and sweetness! |

|
Kingsley –In his favorite sleeping position with his head tucked under his paws, Kinglsey could be mistaken for a powder puff! Sir Kingsley is a head-turner, with luxurious long white fur that adds to both his size and stature. Why this laid-back, gentle cat was thrown out of a moving car as a tiny kitten, we’ll never know, because he’s a volunteer favorite. |

|
Mark - Always the “groomsman”, never the “groom”? Mark frequently catches adopters’ attention, but in the end, they always choose a different cat to join their family. He’s lost a little bit of confidence, afraid of disappointment with new people. Given time to show off his loving personality, he’ll win your heart. |

Yeats – Like the poet, Yeats has the just right thing to say for any occasion. Talkative and friendly, she loves attention. She is an active young cat who enjoys plenty of kitty games and activities. And she’s well-educated too, having spent time living on a local college campus! |
