O.A.R. Adoption Questionnaire

Thank you for your interest in adopting from the O'Bryonville Animal Rescue. All of our cats have been vet checked, neutered or spayed, inoculated and tested for feline leukemia and feline immunodeficiency virus.

Adoption fees are $75 for kittens one year old and younger and $60 for kittens/cats over one year of age.

To make sure we put the right cat in the right home, we make pre-screened appointments. In order to expedite this process, we would like to ask you a few questions.

IMPORTANT: You must live in the Greater Cincinnati, OH area in order to adopt from O'Bryonville Animal Rescue. We do not have the resources to transport cats to other areas, plus part of the adoption process is a face-to-face meeting. You can visit Petfinder to find a cat in your area.
